A spreadsheet, or a script

It works, until someone asks if it's accrual basis.

A year of catch-up

Twelve months rebuilt in March, at the worst possible rate.

Then a raise, a 409A or a first audit arrives, and someone needs twelve clean months by Friday. We keep them clean from day one.

From messy to closed, in eight steps.

Scroll through it. Each step is something the agents do on their own.

  1. 1Minute one

    Plug in Xero or QuickBooks.

Connect the QuickBooks Online or Xero file you already have, and the bank and card accounts behind it. No migration: we work in your ledger.

Your business, remembered.

No two companies close the same way. We start with a short call about how you sell, what you sign and where you operate. That becomes a written memory every agent works from, and your CPA approves it.

  • Your accounting policies, written down once

  • Every contract and document, on file and linked

What is Lopifi?

AI bookkeeping for early-stage US startups on QuickBooks Online or Xero. Agents categorize, reconcile, keep a lead schedule behind every balance and close your books on US GAAP as transactions happen. Anything that needs judgment waits for you, and a CPA reviews the books every quarter. $200 a month. We're taking a waitlist now.

Is it available yet?

Not yet. We're letting companies in a few at a time so a CPA can review every first close. Join the waitlist and a person will email you when your spot opens. No card until you decide to start.

Do I have to leave QuickBooks or Xero?

No. We work inside the file you already have and sync both ways. If you don't have one yet, we set it up. Your CPA, investors and tax preparer open the same books they always would.

Can AI books hold up to investors or an audit?

Accuracy comes from structure: every entry balances, every account reconciles to an outside statement before the month closes, closed months lock and are only corrected by reversal, and every balance has a lead schedule. The agents work inside those rules, log a reason for every decision, and a CPA reviews the result quarterly.

What does the CPA review, and what doesn't it do?

A licensed CPA reviews your reconciliations, lead schedules, revenue recognition and classifications each quarter and sends written findings with the corrections made. It is a review of your bookkeeping. It is not an audit, an attestation, or tax preparation.

I already vibe coded a finance dashboard. Why not keep it?

Keep it. Dashboards are reads, and AI is great at them. The ledger underneath is writes with rules: balancing entries, period locks, reconciliations and GAAP schedules. That's the part that has to be right when someone else relies on it.
